If you are looking to join BEHC juniors, please send the following details to the Juniors Secretary:

Parent/Guardian’s name, phone number and email.
Child’s name, date of birth and current year group.

Please note that the minimum age a child needs to be is in Year 2 to to join the U8's. Our club offers hockey from Year 2 until the end of Year 11 when you progress into the seniors.

CONFIRM A DATE TO COME TO THE CLUB

Once you have contacted the club we can arrange a free trial to come and see if your child enjoys hockey.

WHEN TO ATTEND

See the Junior Training Sessions tab for times of training for each group.

KIT REQUIRED

Please be aware that your child will need to have a gum shield and shin pads to attend a trial and a hockey stick can be provided if you don't have one. if you don't have a gum shield or shin pads you will be unable to play. Please do not leave your child unattended at the trials. Please note no dogs are allowed on site.

LOCATION

BEHC play at College Meadow - Marvels Lane (see the Location page for the exact location) There is a car park on site and you will need to follow the path next to the club house to get to the pitches. The pitches are about a 5 minute walk so please give yourself enough time to arrive in time for the start of your session.

OTHER DETAILS

We run a cafe on site on most weekends which is in the pavilion. Our club is run by a team of volunteers so please offer to help as if everyone does something it makes our club a better place.

TEAMO REGISTRATION

If you decide you would like to join the club after your trial and your space has been approved please follow the instructions. The Juniors use an app called TEAMO and the link is provided below.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT EVERY PARENT/GUARDIAN OPENS A TEAMO ACCOUNT FOR THEIR CHILD. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 THE ACCOUNT HAS TO BE OPENED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN. IF POSSIBLE WHEN REGISTERING PLEASE REGISTER YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY IN ONE APPLICATION PROCESS. TEAMO IS THE CLUBS DATABASE AND WHERE PLAYERS SELECT THEIR AVAILABILITY FOR TRAINING, MATCHES AND PAY FOR SUBS.
